• XXS (Kids): 45–49 cm
• S/M (Adult): 50–55 cm
• L/XL (Adult): 56–60 cm

Note: Measure your head circumference at its widest point (around the forehead and back of the head). If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for greater comfort.
