RETURN, EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, the following policy applies (Proof of purchase will be required.):
✓ Exchange or Store Credit Only
- We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to credit/debit cards or any other payment method for change-of-mind purchases.
- Eligible items may be exchanged for another product or issued as Store Credit. ✓ Store Credit
- If the replacement item costs less than the original purchase, the remaining balance will be issued as Store Credit.
- Store Credit may be used for future purchases.
- Store Credit has no expiry date unless otherwise stated.
- Store Credit is not redeemable for cash.
✓ Exchange Conditions To qualify for an exchange or Store Credit, items must:
- Be returned within 07 days of purchase.
- Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
✗ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect:
- Mouthguards
- Groin Guards
- Compression Wear
- Undergarments
- Opened Supplements & Nutrition Products
- Clearance / Final Sale Items
Manufacturing Defects
Products with verified manufacturing defects will be inspected and handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. MMA Fight Shop reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving an exchange or Store Credit.
