Return And Refund Policy

We only sell well-known, high-quality branded items that have proven themselves in the demanding arena of combat sports and fitness training. However, If you change your mind and wish to return a product purchased from MMA Fight Shop, we may accept the return within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in fully resalable condition
  • All original tags and labels remain attached
  • The original packaging is included and is undamaged
  • The original receipt or invoice is provided.

Change-of-mind returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Where appropriate, MMA Fight Shop may offer an exchange or store credit as the preferred resolution. A refund is not automatically guaranteed for a change-of-mind return and may require management approval.

We reserve the right to refuse a change-of-mind return where the product is used, damaged, altered, incomplete, or not in fully resalable condition.

## NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, safety and commercial reasons, the following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges:

  • Sale and promotional items
  • Accessories
  • Socks
  • Undergarments
  • Personal-use or hygiene-sensitive products, including mouthguards, groin guards and other products designated by MMA Fight Shop as non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

This restriction does not affect a customer's rights in relation to a valid manufacturing defect or product damage that occurred before delivery or during shipping, where applicable.

## REFUNDS AND STORE CREDIT

Refunds, where approved, will be processed only through the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds cannot be made to a different card, account or payment method.

MMA Fight Shop does not provide cash refunds for card or electronic payments.

Where a refund is not approved or where store credit is offered as the applicable resolution, MMA Fight Shop may issue a credit note or store credit for the approved value of the returned product. Credit notes/store credits may be used for future purchases at MMA Fight Shop and do not expire, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Approved refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear in the customer's account, depending on the payment provider or issuing bank.

## DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Products alleged to be defective or damaged will be inspected before a resolution is determined. Where a valid defect or damage claim is confirmed, MMA Fight Shop may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, equivalent replacement, store credit or refund, subject to the circumstances of the case and applicable law.

Proof of purchase will be required.
