We only sell well-known, high-quality branded items that have proven themselves in the demanding arena of combat sports and fitness training. However, in the rare event that an item(s) is defective or unfit for its intended purpose, customers can return the item(s) within 7 days. We will exchange the item(s) for another item(s) of equal or lesser value, excluding postage costs.

Once we have received the item(s) you wish to exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and we must confirm that the item(s) is not “fit for purpose.” We will either exchange the item(s) or refund the total cost of the items (excluding postage costs).

Refunds will be processed only through the original payment method.

Return Conditions:

• Returned items must remain in their original packaging in good condition with all tags attached.
• Items must not have been worn, altered, or washed.
• We do not accept returns on underwear or masks.
• We accept returns of mouth guards only if the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Note: Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original packaging and in good condition before use. Damages caused by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.
