RETURN, EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT POLICY
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, the following policy applies. Proof of purchase is required.
✓ Exchange or Store Credit Only
- We do not give cash refunds, or refunds to credit/debit cards or any other payment method, for change-of-mind purchases.
- Eligible items can be exchanged for another product or issued as Store Credit.
- If the replacement item costs less than the original purchase, the remaining balance will be issued as Store Credit.
✓ Store Credit – Valid for 90 Days Only
- Store Credit is valid for 90 days from the date it is issued, not from the original purchase date.
- The issue date and expiry date will be printed on your Store Credit note.
- Any unused balance expires after 90 days and cannot be extended, reissued or refunded.
- Store Credit can be used for future purchases at MMA Fight Shop.
- Store Credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
✓ Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange or Store Credit, items must:
- Be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Be unused, unworn and in their original condition.
- Include all original tags, packaging and accessories.
- Come with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
✗ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect:
- Mouthguards
- Groin Guards
- Compression Wear
- Undergarments
- Opened Supplements & Nutrition Products
- Clearance / Final Sale Items
Manufacturing Defects
Products with verified manufacturing defects will be inspected and handled in line with applicable consumer protection laws. MMA Fight Shop reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving an exchange or Store Credit.
