Shipping
When will my shipment arrive?
Shipments are normally scheduled to be delivered in 2 days. We opt to deliver on the same day for customers in Dubai. You can track your order from the tracking link you receive in your email and as an SMS
Shipping charges
We don't charge for shipping on orders above 350 AED. Orders totaling below 350 AED will be charged 25 AED during checkout.
Can i track my shipment?
Customers will receive a tracking link on their registered email id or phone number. They can track the order using the link to view the status of shipment
I cant accept shipment on time
Our delivery partners will try their best to deliver your package. They will reach out to your given contact number before delivery. The agent will try again for failed delivery up to 3 attempts
I need my shipment urgent
Only for our Dubai customers. Customers with Dubai addresses can contact us through the chat box to make the delivery on the same day of order placement. Order has to be placed be cutoff time 2 pm UAE time
I don't want to pay shipping charges
Customers can choose to pick up the order from our shop in Dubai after placing the order

What are our payment options?

What is buy now pay later?
We have partnered up with Tabby to provide the buy now pay later option. Customers can purchase our products for a fraction of the cost and opt to pay in upcoming months
Is Cash on delivery an option?
Yes. Customers can choose cash on delivery on checkout to choose to pay the agent during delivery. Customers can use both cash and cards to make the transaction.
Is the payment options secure?
Our payment options are powered by authorized providers from the UAE. Card payments are authorized by Telr®, Buy now pay later by Tabby®, Cash on delivery by Quiqup®(Our delivery partner)
